The design is inspired by Mediterranean architecture, incorporating natural materials, large glass elements and an earthy color palette. The structure of the residences blends harmoniously into the landscape, creating a serene space that prioritizes both aesthetics and functionality.

- Material Selection: The facade is characterized by a combination of natural stone, plaster and terracotta tiles, giving a rustic yet elegant feel. The use of local stone ensures sustainability and strengthens the villa’s connection with the natural environment.
- Large Windows & Glass Balconies: Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass railings on the balconies allow natural light to flood the interior spaces, while offering panoramic views of the lush landscape. This openness enhances the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Roof Design: The traditional sloping roof with terracotta tiles adds a classic Mediterranean touch, while ensuring durability and effective water drainage.
