Architecture and Design
The project is characterized by clean geometries, large glass surfaces and dynamic overhangs, creating a balanced dialogue between the interior and exterior. The wooden cladding in selected areas adds warmth and natural texture, while the large balconies and private pools enhance the transparency and connection with the environment.
Materials and Bioclimatic Design
The choice of white volumes combined with wood and glass creates an elegant and timeless result. The design utilizes passive architectural strategies, such as: Protected balconies and shading, which naturally regulate solar radiation. Large openings, which allow natural lighting and ventilation of the spaces. Overall integration into the landscape, with materials that speak to the natural environment of Thassos.
