Design and Layout
The complex includes a series of residences with a dynamic appearance, characterized by clean, angular lines and vertical openings, improving natural light and ventilation. The alternation of solid surfaces and glass elements creates a striking visual contrast, while the integration of lush greenery and wooden details softens the overall composition.
Each residence is designed on three levels, offering spacious and flexible layouts. The ground floor opens onto private gardens and covered verandas with pergolas, enhancing indoor-outdoor living. The upper floors host private spaces with panoramic views, while carefully placed openings maximize privacy and natural light.
Main Architectural Elements
