Location and Integration into the Landscape
Built on a gently sloping site, the villas are arranged in a staggered layout, ensuring unobstructed panoramic views while maintaining privacy. The natural morphology of the land is minimally disturbed, with local vegetation, olive trees and shrubs being preserved, enhancing the natural character of the development. The curved access roads follow the natural flow of the ground, minimizing excavation.
Architectural Elements and Materials
✔ Ground-Integrated Design: The villas are partially integrated into the hillside, improving thermal insulation, reducing visual impact and increasing their energy efficiency.
✔ Stone Facades: The cladding with local stone ensures that the villas blend naturally with the environment, while offering durability and timelessness.
✔ Extensive Glazing: Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for plenty of natural light and create a seamless connection with the outside environment.
✔ Green Roofs: Planted roofs enhance thermal insulation and promote biodiversity.
✔ Sustainable Pergolas & Shades: Wooden or metal elements offer natural shading and aesthetically upgrade the space.

The minimalist aesthetic combines organic materials such as wood, stone and linen, creating a sense of calm. Large sliding doors extend the interior spaces to the outdoor terraces, where private plunge pools, sitting areas and built-in fireplaces offer a unique experience close to nature.
Sustainability and Energy Efficiency
✔ Passive Solar Design: The villas are oriented to maximize sunlight in winter, while minimizing overheating in summer.
✔ Water Management: Rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems support irrigation needs.
✔ Energy Efficiency: High-performance glazing, photovoltaic panels and automated smart-home systems reduce energy consumption.
