Architecture and Design
Natural Integration: The building’s volumes are developed around a lush garden with olive trees, creating an environment of absolute relaxation. Large Openings: The transparent facades and glazing allow for visual and functional continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Shading and Privacy
The louvered elements on the facade function as light and heat filters, while offering privacy protection.
Design Philosophy
The design of the project is based on principles of bioclimatic architecture, aiming at the maximum exploitation of natural light and the optimal thermal comfort of the interior spaces. The choices of materials and colors draw inspiration from the landscape, strengthening the connection of the building with the environment. This project constitutes a modern version of hospitality, where architecture, nature and the visitor experience coexist harmoniously.
