Architecture and Design
The complex is developed on different levels, creating a dynamic and at the same time harmonious whole. The architecture is based on clean geometries, natural materials and an intense dialogue between indoor and outdoor spaces. Vertical layout with overhangs and large glass surfaces that offer unobstructed views. Elements of natural stone and wood, which integrate the building into the landscape of Thassos. Private and communal swimming pools, which enhance the sense of luxury. Bioclimatic principles, such as sheltered balconies and natural ventilation, which enhance the sustainability of the design.
